Today I am thankful for my health! 
I have not done the best recently at eating healthy and exercising and I've felt the difference. 
However, I am grateful that I have the health I need to accomplish the things I need to on a daily basis. 

This week, as I recommit to exercise and healthy eating, I've been able to remember the importance of being healthy and taking care of my body. 
Yes, sometimes it seems like a lot of work and is hard in a busy life. 
However, it is totally worth all the efforts!
