All In A Day's Work!

I woke up this morning thinking today would be a normal Wednesday.
Seriously, what could go wrong on a Wednesday?
Those thoughts quickly changed as I tried to leave for work and had some goofy issues with my car alarm,
and then as I got to work and nothing seemed to work.
Sparing details, I thought the weirdness would end when I left work at 1:30.
Once again....I was wrong.

On my way home from work, I decided to stop to get gas.
After filling up, I decided to run inside and get a milkshake.
As I was walking up to the door, a guy past me and said,
"Sorry, I was waiting to hold the door open for you, but you were too far away."
That was a little weird, but I just said thanks and kept walking.
I waited as a group of teenage boys walked into the gas station and then went in behind them.
As I was reaching for the door, another guy came up behind me and grabbed the door and said,
"I'm sorry ma'am. I guess there are no gentlemen left in the world. Apparently those guys were not gentlemen."
Totally a nice gesture, but so random!
I am a big fan of guys holding open doors for girls, but I don't make a big deal about it.
So it was random that two random guys at the same place mentioned it to me.
It was very nice though!
So I ran inside, got my milkshake, and headed out back to my car.

When I got in my car, I noticed a white envelope sitting on my windshield, so I got out to look at it.
It looked like someone's piece of mail. I was a little confused as to how it got on my car, and I was getting ready to throw it away when I noticed this:

If you can't read it, it says:
"If looking for a new boy friend call (and then has a guys name and number)!"

Then I realized I needed to keep that envelope!
NOT because I am planning on calling that guy, but because it totally made my day.
I'm not sure whether I should be flattered or creeped out, but it is funny nonetheless, and makes for a good story!
Thank you Mr. Creepy!

I am now accepting applications for a gas station boyfriend just to go with me to the gas station with me when I need gas, so I can avoid this craziness! Please contact me if interested!
